ColumbusQuest 2002: An Internet-Enhanced, Interactive Learning Activity for the High School Classroom

 

 

Objectives:

Participants will be able to:

 

Ř      Locate and navigate the internet-based resources for classroom instruction via Classroom Connect’s Quest Channel Homepage

 

Ř      Identify and discuss ways in which the Classroom Connect ColumbusQuest  internet resources can be used / adapted to specific classroom instructional settings

 

Ř      Locate two classroom activities from the ColumbusQuest curriculum guide to be used as instructional tools that are aligned with the NYS/NYC Learning and Performance Standards

 

Ř      Create and discuss  two ColumbusQuest lessons for classroom instruction across the curriculum
